Anyone know of a device to enable you to play AVI video thru USB to view on a TV ?
I'm using Windoze98.

I don't think USB (1.0) has anywhere near the bandwidth required for streaming video transmission, certainly not at AVI quality. That's why digital camcorders all use firewire right now.

Maybe USB2.0 will be better but few puters have it. Look at getting a cheap TV out card, scan converter, or to tape firewire/IEEE1392 rocks.

I am confused on the question...
Your TV has a USB port?
Your TV should only have a coaxial and maybe a S-Video port.
So your video card needs a coaxial or S-Video output.
