Gotta question......I'm wonderding if there is a prog. that rotates mpg's (90 degrees)...... I have video from a digital still camera that can also take 20 sec mpgs but the images were taken holding the camera vertically.......so the mpgs are sideways...

The Virtual Dub program has a Rotate and Rotate2 filter. However, if you are dealing with MPEG-2 video, remember to use the MPEG-2 mod version of Virtual Dub. Either way, once you apply the filter, you can frameserve the AVI video to TMPGEnc to get it back to MPEG.

Great advice for the future, Donpedro, but how does that help him now?

Two solutions, for which you might want to stick a fork in me

    1) Rotate your monitor
    2) Lie horizontally

    Ok I'm done now.

  6. No Tommyknocker, it will not help him now. I was just sharing my experience so he dosn't have to feel alone on that boat. Or is it rule that all posts have to come with solutions ? No fun ? I hope your solution can help him
