Weird Nero Error

For quite some time I've been using TMPenc to split/reencode avi's and then using Nero to make VCD's. My Nero demo ran out so I just downloaded it again and reinstalled it but I can't burn anything: Data, Music, or VCDs. After the files have been cached (after clicking "write CD&quot I get the error "Could not start Disc At Once". If I turn off Disc At Once, it says "Could not start just link". If I turn that off it says "Could not start fixation". Has anyone ever seen these types of errors? I know the problem isn't Hardware because I can still burn audio and data with Easy CD creator, but I'm going crazy not being able to brun VCD's. Any help would be appreciated

i always have this problem. I have no idea what to do. It seems like I've tried everything. I uninstalled adaptec and tried, but still it gives me this message. Can Anyone help????
