    Good Morning to all.

I am not certain this is the proper forum but I did not know where else to ask this question. Additionally, I thought others might have had the same question. I have been using the tmpgenc + program for some time now and am at ease with its operation. That is the parameters. The actual behind the scenes operations of what it is actually doing is something else.
    QUESTION:
Is there a tmpgenc template that will zero out (or reset to NULL) ALL of the tmpgenc fields.
I have found that, for example, if I use template 1 to encode with a clipping parameter then load a different template, I still find the clip parameter set with this new template. This also goes for most if not all of the other advanced settings.
So, is there a template that can be used between encodes that will ultimately clear all set parameters?

  2. Maybe this would work?? There is an ini file in the tmpgenc directory. It keeps the last settings stored there. You "might" be able to: select file new project, set items with the most used defaults, exit the program. Go to the tmpgenc directory set the ini file as read only. I would test this but I'm at work know. Give it a shot, what could it hurt?
I've come to paint, but I've forgotten my brush.
