Im looking to put some tv shows onto cd but they are in a weird format that I dont know or cant find info on, they are mpeg files but in vdub info page they say...
frame size 176 x 120 30.000 fps (33333 )
there is the other info also but not like I normaly see like no codecs is listed on numbers for p-frames b-frames and some others (dont know if this info is usefull to the question) and then the audio is
44khz mono 64 bps layer II
my question is how can I get these back to something I can put onto a cd to watch, Ive tried using tpmge to convert but they make HUGE files and they stay exactly the way they are. when i play them in windows player they are just in a small square in the screen if I go full screen the quality is horrible. I also tried just converting to vcd since they are mpeg files but that didnt work either said they would not be able to be played in standalone dvd player.
So I guess im wondering if its even possible to to get them somewhere that I can use them to make vcd's in full screen. I know they probably wont be best quality but thats fine just as long as I can watch them they are just cartoons.
