I recently downloaded and installed Ulead VideoStudio v7.0 so I can FINALLY upload my DV video in Type-2 format. I opened this in VirtualDub and did a one-pass operation with two filters: De-interlace (Blend), Sharpen +6 added in. I have Windows Media Player 9.0, DivX Player v2.0 and BSPlayer v0.86. In WMP9.0, the playback is normal but seems to skip several frames at a time due to the audio desync. In DivX Player, the file plays like S|-|!T. BSPlayer plays it the best, but depending on if I try to enlarge the window, the playback slows down, which gradually desyncs the audio. Does anyone have any ideas?

Video Card: Voodoo 4 4500 AGP 32 MB.
    CPU: P3 733 Mhz
    RAM: 256 MB
Codecs: DivX Pro v5.0.3, XviD MPEG-4 Latest, MainConcept DV Demo Codec v2.1.0, Nimo Codec Pack v5.0 Build 8.

Like I said, I'm using Ulead VideoStudio v7.0. The thing is, when I uploaded an entire tape, it split it up into different sections on the timeline and when I went to the directory, I found out that it was split up into 89 different clips. I checked the program preferences and there didn't seem to be anything there that i could modify so that it wouldn't do that. Is there a way I can tweak it so it won't do that?

I asked someone why WMP9.0 won't show the video in my DivX files after I do a 2-pass operation for conversion. He said it might be because I have a setting off or changed. I checked the configuration settings and noticed that if the checkbox in the Profile selection wasn't checked, it would enable more passes in the drop-down menu instead of having a profile selected, enabling only 1-pass and two multipasses. My curiosity is about the MPEG-4 options (3 checkboxes). Would selecting all three, two or just one effect whether my final DivX movie would be playable or not?
