  1. Having problems with both these programs. If I put two video both at frame rates at 23 and one audio at 192kbps and the other at 448kbps I get an error.
    In tmpge no audio shows up just the video. In vdub when I try to strip the audio to wave it say no audio decompressor found.
    These are xvids. Have for codec divx pro 3 and xvid codec kompie"s bulid.
    Not sure what to do to put into tmpge to mpg them.

    DivX and XviD are video codecs, and have nothing to do with audio problems. You probably lack the codec for the audio stream in the AVI. Use GSpot (see TOOLS) to find out what codec's used for audio, then install codec accordingly.
