okay.....i have a compaq computer and just installed usb 2.0 so that i can run my sony drx500ul external dvd burner........when running recordnow max it only read the cddrive and the dvd drive that is in the computer......why won't it recognize the sony......my daughters gateway worked perfect......any ideas. thanks
