    I'm having a problem coverting a Mpeg1 file, that I made with "TMPGEnc"
    I'm using the free version. the file is complete, I just would like to convert it from an Mpeg1 file, to an Mpeg2 file, because my DVD Player, will only read a DVD with a Mpeg 2. would anyone know of a program I could use to convert it? Thanks In Advance..

    looks like you don't want to pay. so i guess theres no programs to do what you want.
