is it possible to download a basic menu with 4 or 5 buttons

for use in dvd menu studio-i can edit to remove button i dont need
on a plain background
as it will take me a while to figure out to make from scratch
and i just need this to test latest version of svcd to dvd
or if someone has one and it not too big maybe they could mail it to me

im not lazy -really this is just for testing purposes
ps in ntsc

oh and a tutorial link -step by step in esay terms would be appreciated
for both dvd menu studio and dvd master -

ive figured this out now
