i have a video file. when i try to play it in Windows Media Player, i can here the audio fine, but all the video is slurred and jerky, with a thick green layer over it all. but i can play it in VirtualDub just fine ! and when i save the file from VD to avi, and open this file, its green and slurred/jerky. i just dont understand why i cant play it in WMP but i can in virtualdub ?? this does not make sense

p.p.s any1 know a small program that puts .Wav headers on mp3 files ? i used to have 1 (was part of a DVD-DivX rip pack) buit have recently wiped my disk...

ahh its ok found the problem, i reinstalled DivX 5.0.3, i think it was because install nimo codec pack with version 5.0.2 on top and that buggered something up
problem solved
