    What guides and programs do I need to figure out how to make an mpeg2 file convert to mpeg4?

    There are several classes of MPEG-4 which do you want? as the process for each is different
    1. MPEG-4 that MICROSOFT thinks is MPEG-4
    2. MPEG-4 called DivX
    3. APPLE'S NEW Flavor of MPEG-4 (won't play in media player or DVD player)

    For the first TWO I use
    www.vidomi.com
    It works with just a couple of setting to do DIVX or MICROSOFT mpeg-4, but not apple ...you need quicktime "pro" for that
