    Hey all, I just captured a mpg-2 video from a vhs tape and I have that annoying noise bar at the bottem of the screen. Whats the best way to edit that out?

    TMPGEnc(make sure to d/l MPEG-2 plug-in)using Project Wizard load video file and select Clip frame.
