hey everyone. i just have a few questions for anyone that can help me out. i have some old vhs tapes and a mindv camcorder. i was hoping someone could help me out with some quality settings and programs for converting these to dvd. so here are the questions....
1) if i'm capturing from vhs to my computer so that i can burn it onto dvd, what resolution do i need? what program works well? and what settings do i need to make the best possible picture quality?
2) if i'm capturing from my camcorder using the firewire port what resoution do i use if i wanna burn it to dvd later to capture? what program works well? and what settings will give me the best picture quality?
i hope someone can help me out with this. i'm sorry if it has been posted before but something came up where i have to be able to convert vhs to dvd and i was hoping that someone who's had experience can help me out with this! any help would be very greatly appreciated. thanks a lot!
