Having problems capturing VHS!

Hey all, I'm having a problem, I keep getting this error message :

BfVid : Can't capture at this time. Either :

A) Capture attempted from full size
[interlaced] overlay mode
or QuartzSight camera overlay mode.
Switch to preview mode to capture.

B) Memory allocation error
Restart Application

Now, I'm big into DVD-Ripping, but I'm totally clueless when it comes to capturing, so can someone explain to me how to fix this? It gives me this exact same message for VirtualDub and AVI_IO . I have my video coming in through coax to my capture card and audio coming in to my SB Live!
Someone tell me whats going on here!

Your problem - chipset dosen't support full screen capture with overlay on. Turn it OFF -

OPTIONS - try preview . if that fails try lower frame size.
