Im trying to framserve with virtualdub to cce and when i try to encode it gives me this error. It says "CCE Encoding failed: Avistreamread() failed
(0x8004406d): A disk error occured while reading the file". Plss someone help!

Try AviSynth instead to frameserve to cce
Its very good and there are quite a few guides here and on doom9.org
if you are re encoding Avi files then you can use FitCD to make the script for you
