    hi
    i have just notice that nero can encode a avi video into mpg and i was wondering is it better then using tmpgenc or nero encoding is better? I also am testing the encoding right now i willbe back to tell yall the news...

    No, it is not better. With the proper settings TMPGenc or CCE produce a much higher quality product. Furthermore, if you ever decide to encode to XVCD or XSVCD format, Nero cannot encode those formats.
