Is there anyway to change the I.D. 0x81 to 0x80 during DVD conversion?

Yes.
The easiest way is durring ripping. Just use vStrip(GUI). On the output TAB, use the RE-Mapping feature. You would select ID 81, remap to ID 80, and also deselect ID 81 from being ripped. Now you get a VOB that the audio is in ID 80.
(PS-Hint) Hope your running NTFS, choose a vob size of 4096 or bigger, I have noticed doing this that the last byte before it splits to a new VOB, the audio has a POP in it, so to illiminate it, if the VOB output isnt cut up, then its perfect.
Good Luck.
