I've got a live concert DVD where the audio lags slightly behind the video. It's no surprise since sound travels slower than light and this video was shot from the audience. It'd be very easy for me to sync the audio if I were to rip it and re-encode it. But I wonder if it is possible to do without re-encoding the audio and video. Seems like there was a field somewhere in the DVD mastering process where you set a delay value for the audio. Is that something that can fiddle with? Or was I imagining this?
