Is there any way I can do this? Its annoying only being able to encode 1 part of a movie overnight when I could do the entire thing if I was able to frameserve in batches

  2. Try opening two instances of Virtualdub. Don't forget to rename the stream, not the filename only.

If I open up two vdubs the "start framserver" option is greyed out on the second (if I have the frameserver already running on the first version)

I'm trying this right now and I can open Vdub twice. Can I then run TMPGEnc in batch mode on the two streams?

    Yes. You've got the point.

Strange. It has never happened with me. Did you remember to change the stream name?
