Hello everyone! I'm back with the newbie questions!
SYSTEM: Athlon 900/384RAM/ASUS v6600 deluxe/12xDVD/WinME (yeah.. I know)
I am using Smart SVCD to convert DVD-SVCD and I've encountered this problem even playing DVDs with PowerDVD... I am getting grey blocks all over the video. I am thinking it is either: 1)video card (driver?) issues or 2) copyright protection.
I've used 2 different DVD drives, both with the same result.
Any thoughts is apreciated!! Thanks in advance!

P.S. When making SVCD, can I use 16:9 for playback in a DVD player? or should I stick with 4:3? Thanks again!
