I had a general question about VOB files and hope someone can help me.

Im copying DVDs to VCD/SVCD alot now using Eazy VCD package. I usually try to to squeeze average movies into VCD format (on 1 CD) and better/great movies into SVCD (on 2 CDs). So I ran into this problem with Eazy VCD 1.14 where the XVCD section is not working properly - I think it gets "stuck" and ALWAYS rips at V1150 A224 and hence my file exceeds 800MB. So now I have a D2V, WAV, and several VOBs. My question, do these VOB files have specific information about what type of movie and what A/V bitrates I was intended to make in Eazy VCD? In other words, can I use these VOBs to make a 2-disc XSVCD now even though Eazy VCD originally was going to make a XVCD?

Also, if anyone know whats wrong with the Eazy VCD package (assuming its TMPGEnc software) it would be much appreciated too. It all went fuzzy after I installed a cracked version of TMPGEnc Plus - SVCD (ie. MPEG-2) works sweet, but not the VCD (ie. MPEG-1) as it always records the same way even after unlocking features.

Anything will be very much appreciated!
