  1. I have an avi which according to Vdub is 15 fps - wtf is this??? I guess CCE etc will not let me encode this???

    How do I get it to SVCD?

    some DivXs are weird framerates, most commonly TMD, SMR and other screwed up, poor quality avis that are so popular on KaZaA. Dunno about CCE...but TMPGEnc can convert framerates, so I would guess that there is something similar in CCE. Encode it how you would normally encode SVCDs and see if it works. I would suggest using TMPGEnc myself though, if CCE won't do it. But the resulting file might not play smooth, as frames have to be duplicated and deleted, but then you might not notice it.

    My advice is dont even bother with converting those 15fps movies. They are crap quality and will end up looking like your watching your TV stading behind a dirty screendoor. Dont download those 300mb full length movies. get the movies that are 2 700mb files.
