Creating a Non-Standard SeVCD from DivX movie w/ tmpgenc using Sefy's template. I always get some macroblocks during my movies and I know this is normal in fast scenes. My question is what can I do to reduce or filter these a good bit? I have tried using the soften block noise in tmpg but has little effect. Any other suggestions? Any other programs I can use to like pre-clean the video or something?? Or any good settings in TMPGenc to help w/ this?? TIA!
