After using DVD Decryter to rip a dvd to my harddrive, how and what do i use to convert the sound files from the rip files onto a cd?

use dvd2avi http://www.doom9.org/software.htm
to get a wav:
audio > dolby digital > decode
if you want mp3,this is what would do:
audio > dolby digital > demux all tracks
then take the ac3 that dvd2avi made and convert it with besweet or headac3he
