  1. How do I correctly use TMPGEnc Plus to Fit a DVD onto a single CDR disc. I have followed the instructions in "The Newbies guide to fitting a movie on one Cd using TMPGEnc" and have also use the "Non-standard Mpeg 1" setting and followed the instructions to decrease the bitrate to fit the Cd. Everything seems to look Ok when pressing the TMPGEnc Plus to start encoding with the new decrease bitrate. But the problem is after I run the process the file does not change. I have even used the Sefy's Tmpg template. But with no luck. What is the problem? Anyone knows? Thanks.

There is a bug in one version of TMPGEnc, 2.59 I think. Which version do you have?

  3. If you use 2-pass, you won't see a change in the file for a while.

  4. Hi Bizeebee, I don't understand what you mean by "won't see a change in the file for a while". Are you saying the file will automatically change size two days later???
And the instructions in the instructions in "The Newbies guide to fitting a movie on one Cd using TMPGEnc" did say to use 2-pass VBR. How come??

  6. @torex88, I didn't see it being mentioned, but how long (play time) is your movie that you are trying to fit it on a single CD, and also which format are you using ? (VCD/SVCD/others?)
