How to convert AC3 or Dolby Digital into PCM ?

Hi,

I use the NeoDVDPlus4 authoring software in order to burn music video clips.

The soft works perfectly with PCM audio tracks but once I have a clip in AC3 or DD 2.0, the soft refuses it and I cannot integrated it in my DVD compilation. NeoDVDPlus4 informed me that its software could not work ac3/DD format, because of a too expensive licence.

The question is then the following :

1. Is there a way to convert AC3 in PCM format (in/with VOB file) ?
2. If not, do I need to change my software and which are the ones that could enable me to use AC3 ? I am considering buying a Ulead software.

You can use besweet to turn AC3 into a .wav file. You will need besweet and the gui for it. Look under tools to your left for both.
