Problems with mij Denon DVD 3800 ?

Who is able to advise me about the folloing problem?
I have a Denon 3800 player, at first sight a pretty good player,but when i put, for examplea, a copy Star-W in the player, things go wrong.
The first vob played very well in DolbyDig 5.1 but when i play the second file, there is no sound and no subtitles.
I also have a Grundig player, if i play the same DVD this player, therseams to be no problem at all.
The sound is very well and also are the subtitles in the whole movie.
Is therean option or a firmware version nescessary to prevent the problem with my Denon 3800?

The DVD copy is made with DVD decrypter and first put on the harddisk, then with DVD-zone near movie selected with original DD5.1 sound and subtitlesselected.
Then selected items moved to map video-TS
With Nero55.10.7b as (UDF)burned.
Special option selectedto make the DVD capeble for XBOX
