I'm trying to self educate myself.
I have a digital camera and want to capture the video on my computer.
I know I need firewire and a card.
Is that what a capture card is?
Also what are the best packages to buy it all together.
Also any ideas on burning programs that are inexpensive but adequate for amateur videographers. I essentially want to put my home videos on VCD's and buy a connector from vcr to computer to edit my old vhs tapes. EVer hear of Belkin USB video Bus is that the best to get?
I have only found 1 person in all my local electronics stores who seemed to know what he's talking about. Help
thanks!!
