    When I try to open this AVI in VirtualDub (1.4.13), I get this error:

    "Couldn't locate decompressor for format DX50"

    I've also tried to open it in TMPGEnc but that doens't work either.

    It plays in Windows media player, whitout any picture just sound, same thing in WINAMP???

    Any good ideas?? Am I missing a codec or what ???

    Yup, you are missing the DX50 code (divx 5). get it from www.divx.com
