when I am about to burn DVD-R it askes
Burn Multisession anyway
Burn Without Multisession
which one is best for Data? when I burn CD-R data it never askes me this..

You probably had a setting already set when you burned CDR. Multisession means it leaves the burning session open so that you can add more data later. I never use this, as I always burn everything in one shot (also multisession takes some space on the disc so you can fit less on the disc). Unless you want to add more data to the same disc later (without erasing if it's a RW) then don't use multisession.
