  1. I captured a movie on Adobe Premiere 6.0. I then had it turned into an Mpeg file. The only problem with it is that its about 2 gigs.

Does anyone know of how to compress the mpeg to fit on a CD?

I tried using it in TMPGEnc the way it was, but that didn't work. I even tried going through DVD2AVI to get .d2v and .wav files first, but that didn't work either.

I am able to make it an avi file as well if that helps as all...

    Thanks for the help.

  2. When you say that it didn't work in tmpgenc do you mean that it gave you an error message when you tried to use the mpeg as your source? If so, then go to the options menu in the top left corner and select 'environmental settings', then click the first option under the 'general' tab which allows says something like "enable multiplex..." It should use your file now as both the audio and video source and should work. If you should have trouble with the audio portion, you can always convert that to a wave by opening the mpeg in Goldwave... Hope this helped and wasn't old info to you..

  3. It accepts the mpeg as a video and audio source. But when I finally start the process, the source position remains at zero...
