  1. If I burn a movie onto something and lend it out to someone, I don't want them copying it and trying to make money off of it.

How do I lock the CD-R so that its files and information can't be copied?

    Thanks.

  2. There is no pratical way to lock a CD. All of the available methods for home use (even commercial ones) are in most cases easily broken.

  3. Why not use a nice, and easily visible "bug" or "watermark" on your movie? Then even if copied, it won't be able to be used with this stuff on it. Just don't make them too annoying, and you can even have them disappear and re-appear at different times, in different places. That's the best way. Cause if you just put your bug in one stationary place, the hack can just put their own bug to cover yours.
