Please help with TMPGEnc!!!

Does some one know how to go below 1600 Kb/sec of bitrate in the version 2.510.49.157 of TMPGEnc (The newest version)?
I got stucked there with the auto settings SHIT!!!
I tried to enable it and to disable it a lot of times but still, I cant change the bitrate, the file size or the percent of the CD...
Please help me.

in the 3rd step of the project wizard click the "othere sttings"
a window will popup "mpeg sttings"
click the "vedio" tab now there is 2 ways
1---
"bitrate" down or up with arrows but if this way is blocked
try this
2---in "rate control mode" click "sttings" and in the maximum bitrate you can change what ever you want...

No, it's still doesnt help.
I tried to do what you said but everytime I lower the bitrate to lets say 1000 kb/Sec, it returns to 1600 and in the 4 step of the wizerd it's still stuck on 1600 Kb/Sec and cant go lower...
Does someone use the TMPGEnc new version except of me?
