I took the AVI and WAV file. Loaded into TMPEnc. Now I have a MPG. Thats worked great, Except the sounds don't jive with the movie.LOL. What do I need to do to correct this problem?

Your audio is almost a minute shorter than your video! First, did you scan for, and remove any bad frames from your source? Does it start out in sync then get gradually worse? If the answer is yes to both, then your wave file can be stretched to match the video. I use Goldwave which has a "Time Warp" function under Effects.
