I'm trying something new....so I download a movie off the net and import it in VideoStudio 7, set some chapter points and add a quick menu. Movie is 1 hour 56 minutes.
I adjust the settings to 5500 so it can fit on my DVD and get it down to 4.25 and set to save to my dvd folders. But, the completed movie won't fit because it's over 5 gigs. Even without the chapter points and menu I can't get it to fit. What happens in the end?
Thanks for educating me.
Paul

I would guess that you calculated the bitrate for compressed audio (mp2 or Ac3) and moviestudio converted the audio to LPCM which is uncompressed. I don't know moviestudio but see if there is a setting to use mp2 audio, or use a lower bitrate.
