I'm trying to capture a long movie with virtualdub and huffyuv which creates large files. My HD is formated to FAT32 so I have the 4GB limit. To avoid this I set up a spill drive and set the limit to 1900MB per file. Now virtualdub creates two files at 2GB and then one file at 200MB and stops. I can't figure out why? Any suggestions on how to get vitrualdub to create a many files as it needs until I tell it to stop.

Check under CAPTURE ---> STOP CONDITIONS.
Sounds like the capture is stopping because its limited in some way. I usually know the time of my source material. I use the "capture time exceeds" options and enter the correct number of seconds (plus 60 seconds just to be safe).
