Hello,

I downloaded TMPENG to convert my vcd tvshow episodes into mpeg2 so I could burn them onto a DVD with Ulead Moviefactory. I have been converting them at 4000 kbps for the video bitrate. I was wondering what is the lowest kbps bitrate I can have for sound at, and still not have any problems or lose quality.
