Trouble with DVDXCopy

I installed the DVD X Copy over a month ago and backed up sevral disks since then. Just about a week ago the software reverts back to the registration screen and will not work. When I enter the correct activation & license code it accepts it closes the window. But when I try to lauch it, once again goes back to the registration screen (if I enter an invalid code a pop up windows will display and error message).

Does anyone know how to fix this problem ? If not how do I completely unistall the software so that I can start fresh? I tried the simple uninstall and re-instal but it did not work.

Maybe uninstall the program then run "regedit" from the "start" menu and do a search for DVDX Copy and DVDX, and 321 studios then delete any key you find. Now re-install the program and see if that fixed it.

I tried that unfortunately it did not work. Any other suggestions pleace?

Have you tried to call the support line? Good luck, seems like the line is always busy or you end up listening to an endless recording telling you how much your business means to them - all on your nickel because it's not even a toll free number. If you could get through, they should and better help you if you have a legit copy. Good luck.
