Mpeg2 convert to DVD format

Please help

I have a TDK 4X dvd Burner with DVD +r
I have a AverDVD EZMaker caputure card.
I use a NeoDVD 4.1 plus.

My problem are

1. Click on the NeoDVd Icon
2. the taskbar NeoDVD open
3. show on taskbar tool are Capture, Create and copy
3. I click on the capture
4. there are error said " Can't read DMA access"
5. I click OK then the error said " can't finf ASPI library"
6. I click ok then it allows me to capture from vcr to harddisk with mpeg2
7. I click Create to make mpeg2 to format DVD; but the error show #4 and #5. But it allows me to make formating on DVD
8. I click on Copy to burn the DVD. then Neodvd can't find the TDK DVD burn driver. I try to use Nero Express. I can't burn it

Anyone can help me how do convert mpeg2 to DVD format; so i can burn it i can watch DVD player.

didnt know of a tdk 4x dvd burner -- didnt it come with some burner software ?

Not sure what the problem is, but maybe trying to install updated aspi drivers or even uninstalling and reinstalling aspi 4.60.

Check google and search for ASPIchk tool and check what aspi layers you have. Also if you have Intel Application Accelerator, try uninstalling that too.
