Hi,
I'm wondering if someone out there can help me find a good way to convert avi files (huffyuv) to mpeg2. I'm currently doing it using TMPGenc Plus, but I'm capturing avi files 1-2 time a day (tv episodes) and it's a hassle having to continuously set up and run a batch list. I've got the captures scheduled through windows using VirtualVCR, and would like to be able to do the same encoding to MPEG2 overnight. I've got TMPGEnc Plus and CCE, but these don't seem to be able to be run from the command line. Is there a way? or another program that might do the trick?
Thanks.

It must be possible. DVD2SVCD uses the command line conversion with either tmpgenc or cce. Maybe you take a look on how DVD2SVCD calls the command line and try it on yourself?!
Sorry for no better help...
