How can I check the speed of my dvd-r without burn it?

I I got from meritline pack of dvd 4x and pack of dvd 1x for my piooner 105. I would like to know how can I check the speed of the media. They look exactly the some, silver on top and purple on down surface. no one text, no nothing.

Also I would like to know how is possible to have information from media like this sample :

Do you mean checking the speed through an existing program
or do you want to retrieve the information yourself???
