Hi
I want to get rid of a cookie that I have found on my system called "index.dat", but it will not allow me to delete it. I have even tried deleting it from DOS, which was successful but when I launched Windows again, it was created again.
This file is constantly being accessed by something, even when I control-alt-delete everything except explorer and systray.
Any ideas as to what this is, and how do I delete it?
Thanks
