    Im using ATI AIW radeon PCI, I want to record some tv programs(1:30) and save it in a 700mb cdrom, is it posible?
    Trying to capture in the best quality option( Mpeg2). This just to save and later make VCD and or SVCD.

    Probably not, unless you set the bitrate to about 1000 kbps. But then you will end with quite poor quality. Better you capture in high quality, cut the file and fit it on more than one CD.
