  1. i'm really trying to find out if any body has had any success in using the header trick with toshiba brand dvd player or any other brands.

  2. Do not use the header trick. Encode to SVCD and burn VCD using NERO with VCD standard compliancy turned OFF. This works.

    I've used it for all the SVCD's I've made. It works every time with my Panasonic RV56.

    I have a toshiba sd-3750 and the header trick works just fine. My player will also play it if I just burn the mpeg2 as a vcd

  5. but isn't that more time consuming-ya know we always looking for short cuts.i guess i'm really trying to see if the trick has worked on toshiba's.

    how did you do the trick with TMPGEnc-like what where the steps that
    you used in order to make it work.if you wouldn't posting me the settings
    that you used.

    I've been using the header trick for awhile with no problems. I have a sony dvd player.

  8. I have a toshiba sdk615 five disc dvd player and I have tried several headers and burning methods and my end result was i can not play a svcd using the header trick nor can I play a svcd as a svcd
