Living in Belgium, I always select dutch subtitles when doing a movie backup.

From what I've read, subtitles have 4 colors, background, foreground, outline color & anti-alias color.

Most subtitles look really BAD though... anti-alias is never ever used except for a few movies I've seen.

I've found the programs to extract subs into bmp, where I can anti-alias them, they look real smooth now, but...

I like to know if there is a way that I can convert them back to .SUP or something so that I can reauthor the M2V, AC3 & SUP with Ifoedit??

    Anyone?

  2. I'd love to know to.

I can create images with a ray tracing program and animate them.
    I can record sounds.
Or I can write tunes with a CD from a packet of Netle Cereal.
I can splice it all together as an AVI.
I can can create subtitles with Subcreator.
I can render these with that Maestro thing.
I can Mpeg encode the AVI.

*** How do I get the subtitles onto the SVCD? ***

Then I can VCDEasy everything onto a disc.
And I can CDRWIN it onto a CD.
Then I can play it on my DVD player.
Viola, home made Chinese Super Video CDs.

The only problem is the getting subtitles onto the disc.
    How is it done?
