Hi!
I have my new BT8x8 card, I installed the BtWincap drivers, I installed my Creative SoundBlaster Live drivers, I installed VirtualDub and the Huffyuv codec.
So I started capturing video, but I cannot choose 48 KHz audio frequency. The highest I can choose is 44.1KHz.
Anybody can help?
Since I'd like to store my videos on DVD, if I cannot set 48KHz audio, I have to upsample the audio to 48KHz of every captured file.
Thanks for any help.
Bye,
Massi.

I had exactly the same problem whn trying to capure in Windows 98. I had to upgrade to Windows ME or Windows XP for this to work.

Any number of OTHER programs allow 48kHz: Video Studio, MMC 7.7 (ATI's own software), etc. You can then import that AVI into VDub for further processing...

When I was using win98 I couldn't get ANY program to use 48khz - the option just wasn't there.

But if you replay the converted 48khz file back through media player it does sound knackered (full of crackles and pops) which is probably the case . I replay mine through PowerDVD and they sound fine and obviously when I play them on my dvd as well .
