My main computer is a P3 Laptop. My other "file server" is a PPRO Desktop. There was a $30 DVD drive for sale at Office Max and I got it. I figured that I could network the drive on the file server, run power dvd, open file mode and add the files, and hit play. It gave me a error and wont play, and I cant copy the files to my hard drive. Im gussing that if the DVD drive isnt physically installed on the computer you want to play it from you cant play the disc. Or is there a way of setting power dvd to see a network cd rom as a default?
