I never needed this option in TMPGEnc, but CCE is a different story. I set the minimum bitrate on my 2pass VBR encode to 1300kbps - but the actual lowest bitrate in the outputted file (viewed with bitrate viewer) was 92kbpsI'm thinking my player will have a problem with such a low bitrate, so how can I stop it going so low?
EDIT: Frameserving with virtualdub incase that matters![]()
