I have a DVD that I want to copy, but when I look at it in DVDX, there is on;y 1 chapter and it is a 950 MB file. So, I can't split it up and put it on a VCD like I want to. I am new to all of this, so is there a way to split it up when I encode it or is this just an impossibility to do? Also, I don't know how to use the search function here, I tried but I always get no results.
thanks,
Matt

Thanks for trying to help me. It's not an original, it's some tv shows that someone recorded onto a dvd. I bought them from someone and now that I have them I figured out that my DVD player won't play copied DVD's, only VCD's. So, I want to make some VCD's so that I can at least watch them on my TV. It's only 1 large 950 or so MB file though so I can't split it into chapters, and this is my first time at trying any of this so I really don't know what I am doing.
